If you live in an area we cover and the numbers look wrong, tell us what you actually pay. We would rather be corrected than be confidently inaccurate, and every figure we publish carries the sample it came from precisely so it can be challenged.
Reporting a listing or a scam
Send the listing and what happened. If someone asked you to pay before a viewing, that is a scam regardless of how convincing the reason was — there is more on this in our guide to spotting rental scams.

To see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, email us from the address or number you gave us and say what you want done. Our privacy policy sets out what we keep and for how long.
