Flat and Flatmate publishes information about areas in Gurgaon and helps people looking for rooms and flatmates find each other. We do not own, manage, inspect or let any property.

Any agreement you reach is between you and the other person. We are not a party to it, we take no commission, and we do not hold deposits or rent at any point. If someone claims to represent this site and asks you for money, they do not.

We will never ask you to pay a token amount, booking fee or deposit to us or through us. Any such request is a scam — see our guide to spotting rental scams. Verify who you are dealing with and see the place in person before any money moves.

• Give accurate information about yourself and your place.
• Not post on behalf of a brokerage or agency without saying so.
• Not scrape, bulk-copy or resell anything published here, including other users’ details.
• Not use the service to harass anyone, or to discriminate in ways the law does not permit.
• Be at least 18.

We publish rent and area information collected from real listings, with the sample size and collection date shown. It is a guide, not a valuation, and it can be out of date or wrong. Check anything that matters before relying on it. If you find an error, tell us at hello@flatandflatmate.com.

You keep ownership of what you write. You give us permission to display it on the site for the purpose of finding you a match. We may remove anything that looks like spam, a brokerage listing in disguise, or a scam, without notice.

We provide an introduction service on a best-effort basis. We are not responsible for the conduct of people you meet through it, the condition of any property, or the outcome of any agreement you enter into. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms may change. The date at the top will tell you when. If you keep using the site after a change, that is your acceptance of it.
